Exploring our terrifying, exhilarating future.
In 2027, TED begins a new chapter in San Diego — not simply a relocation, but a reinvention: an opportunity to renew the magic while remaining unmistakably TED.
It is also the setting for something new with the legal community. Join a select group of legal leaders to experience TED2027 together — with a private TEDLaw Stewardship Lab, two closed-door workshops, an invite-only reception, and conversations with peers about the ideas shaping what comes next.
Legal Leaders Track
Convened by TEDLaw, the Legal Leaders Track at TED2027 will bring together a small group of senior legal leaders to experience the conference together and explore what the ideas emerging from TED2027 mean for law, business, institutions and leadership.
Alongside the TED Conference, participants will take part in the private TEDLaw Stewardship Lab — two closed-door workshops informed by the five pillars of TEDLaw and designed to create space for the kinds of questions senior legal leaders rarely have the opportunity to explore together.
The Lab will connect ideas from the TED stage to the decisions legal leaders are being asked to make now — how to lead through technological change, exercise judgment in uncertain environments, strengthen institutions and relationships, and consider what should remain distinctly human in the practice and leadership of law.

Five pillars. One intimate cohort.
A closed-door curriculum built by TEDLaw with input from 200+ global legal professionals — explored by a small, trusted group of peers, not a lecture hall.
